	Burnham Systems Facial Rejuvenation: This special facial treatment naturally cleanses the face and weaves gentle massage with energy work that lifts, softens and rejuvenates your face and body. This work also activates 12 nerve centers of the face and neck helping to release tension and restore wellness to the whole body. With the 90 minute session, a facial mask and a foot massage are included. Wendy
	Payton Facial: This facial emphasizes skin nourishment by using products specially formulated for Nurturing Hands. The synergy between these products and massage of the face, neck and scalp results in renewal not only of the face but of the inner self as well. Wendy \| Deby

	Foot Reflexology Reflexology applies pressure to specific points on your feet to promote the body’s innate ability to balance itself and provide relaxation. Yvette \| Wendy \| Deby

Thai Herbal Ritual
First, different energy points (marma) are stimulated through finger or hand pressure. Then, the herbal combination of Thai spices is bundled in muslin, steamed and applied directly to your body in a kneading application. The massage strokes as well as the herbal properties of the oils help melt away tensions, loosen sore muscles, detoxify by increasing lymph drainage, and soften your skin.

	Body Wraps: Our body wraps use organic, pure and nutrient-rich mediums of mud, seaweed, herbs or clay to hydrate, replenish and tone your skin. This allows your entire body to detoxify and revitalize at a cellular level. Dry brushing, wrap therapy and lotion application make up the treatment. Wendy \| Yvette

	Body Polishes/Scrubs/Salt Glo: Exfoliating (removing) dead skin cells results in supple and vibrant skin. Organic and mineral rich salts, sugars, or gommages (for sensitive skin) are used to create that healthy glow. 	Foot and/or Hand Spaaah: A total revitalization for your feet or hands. Begin with an herbal soak, followed by a scrub. Choose either Reflexology or Massage to energize and revive your feet and hands. Finish with either a mask or paraffin treatment. Yvette \| Wendy

	Back Rejuvenation, “A Facial for your Back”: First, warm herbal compresses are applied to your back to increase hydration and allow the nutrients to be deeply absorbed. Your back is then cleansed and exfoliated, followed by a mask. Wendy \| Deby
	Scalp Revitalizer: This treatment refreshes both mind and body by massaging in special oils to the head, relieving tension, nourishing the scalp, and enhancing the health of your hair. Wendy \| Deby

At Nurturing Hands, we understand that all of us have busy schedules and life can be unpredictable. However, under normal circumstances, without due notice (12 hours) we will expect full payment for the appointment.
